The Clave Bancaria Estandarizada (CLABE),
is an 18-digit number to uniquely identify Mexican account
holders, to guarantee the correct posting of EFT payments.
The CLABE is assigned to each bank account in Mexico
and is periodically sent to the customers, although
it can be asked in to the banks branches.
If your beneficiary in Mexico, can not give you the
CLABE number, you can use the debit card number (16
digits), which is in the card.
