If you are interested in sending a payment through Directo a México, you should:

1. Go to an enrolled financial institution branch. If you do not have an account there, you will need to apply to open one.


2. Request to send a payment to Mexico through Directo a México service.
   


3. You will need the following information:


• The name of the beneficiary in México.
• The beneficiary’s debit card number (16 digits) or his/her account CLABE number (18 digits). The beneficiary’s account must be in pesos.
• The name of the bank in México where the beneficiary has his/her account.
• The dollar amount that you want to send.


4. Pay the transfer fee requested by the enrolled financial institution.
